Rayleigh

Rayleigh skatepark is the second project delivered with Rochford District Council, alongside Hullbridge Bowl in Essex. Located close to Hullbridge, where we delivered a bowl facility, we designed Rayleigh to offer something contrasting, in the form of a street strip. This simple back and forth design harks back to street staple elements, such as. ledges, hubbas, out ledges, flat bar rail, handrail and flat banks.

The entirety of the concrete skatepark surface is finished in a distinctive red pigment, with painted black steel elements contrasting.
