DESIGN MUSEUM

Betongpark were invited to take part in the prestigious London Design Museum exhibition ‘Skateboard’, through the design of a bespoke mini ramp to be installed in the space. The design features timeless mini ramp dimensions, with a prominent and striking 8ft vert extension at the back wall.

Materials tie in with birch plywood design for the wider exhibition, creating a seamless transition from gallery space to the mini ramp. Entering the space, riders will open up galvanised steel gates inspired by backyard pool/school yards, giving the ramp that extra sense of Americana where our beloved skateboard was birthed.
